Auction Watch - Rare Hot Wheels Van Sells for $8000
From time to time, I will be posting an aution watch on the sale of rare die cast cars. I was perusing eBay and found this recent sale. A very well used, but very rare 1969 Hot Wheels Redline Blue Rear Load Beach Bomb just sold for $8000. This was apparently owned by an ex-Mattel employee who held on to this car over the years. The stories that come out of the model collecting hobby are endless and this is just another great example.
